Metro One Security was co-founded by the late Deputy Chief Gregory Hill, a respected law enforcement veteran with over 26 years of experience serving the city of Inkster. His leadership, dedication, and deep understanding of public safety helped lay the foundation for the company’s high standards and community-first approach.
Gregory Hill co-founded Metro One Security alongside Norman Kashat, whose strong commitment to operational excellence was vital in building the company’s core structure.
Today, Sam Senawi, one of the original co-founders, continues to lead the company as the sole owner, following the unfortunate passing of both Gregory and Norman. Sam carries their legacy forward with pride, continuing to grow Metro One Security into one of Metro Detroit’s most trusted private security firms.
